Alpha Place Asunción

Alpha Place Asuncion will be a residential tower aimed at the middle segment with small units (40m2, 80m2 and 1002) with typologies that were carefully designed to meet the growing demand of a public in the middle segment that is looking to move into a well-located horizontal property with excellent finishes. The typologies will be Studios, One and Two Bedroom (with the possibility of merging/combining units to form Three Bedroom units), with at least one garage per unit, full amenities and clear vertical and horizontal circulations. The number of Studios, One and Two Bedroom typologies will be 112, 63 and 31 respectively. The building will be built with quality materials, perfectly calibrated for the specific segment it is intended to target, and “special” emphasis will be placed on its finishes. The land, with a surface area of 1,621 m2, will be located on Sma Trinidad Avenue. The total construction area will be 23,850 m2.
