Street Mall

Street Mall is a project located on a unique piece of land, just 5 minutes from Maldonado and Punta del Este. Located in front of the Mautone Hospital and the Disco Natural supermarket, on Roosevelt Avenue, the main axis between the two cities, overlooking the sea and in front of the ANCAP gas station. The building will have stores on the first floor, movie theaters, a food court, gym and offices on the upper levels, plus seven floors of apartments and an aparthotel on top. A public plaza will surround the building, providing recreational space. The project seeks to meet the unmet demand for real estate in Maldonado and Punta del Este.
