The project consists of three vertical buildings of 17, 13 and 9 stories and a low-rise building that serves as a link to the neighborhood level. In order to link the different buildings, a commercial plinth with residential units and green spaces was appropriately designed. This plinth also contributes to the relationship with the immediate surroundings, primarily reconciling contact with the street level. The housing complex will have a controlled perimeter, providing the desired level of security and privacy. The parking area will be located on the sub-level, accessible from Samuel Blixen Street, so as to mitigate the impact of traffic on Italia Avenue, which will also receive a significant influx of traffic due to the shopping center.
